STUDIO! Mighty Shade will visit JJ Studio again in late January 2008. We will cut 4 songs, which will be mixed during February.

Mighty Shade was formed in Tampere, Finland in 2005. New lineup from October 2006 is as follows:
Mika Jaatinen, guitar
Jukka Hollström, bass, voc
Markku Lindström, voc, keyb
Teemu Helenius, drums
Mighty Shade plays eclectic rock music with progressive flavour. The band relies on strong melodies and has a distinctive sound, different from radio-oriented pop music.
The band started as quartet: Markku Lindström (voc/keyb), Jukka Hollström (bass/voc), Mika Jaatinen (guitar) and Samuli Broman (drums). In 2006, after the recording of the first demo, Teemu Helenius replaced Samuli as a drummer. Later that year, the band had a female vocalist for a couple of months but decided to carry on as a four-piece band.
The members of Mighty Shade have a diverse musical background, which makes creating prog-oriented material so exciting together (for more exact bios, refer to www.mightyshade.com). Currently Mighty Shade is writing more material and playing selected gigs.
